Feed and the square placements aren't. Scale that same 1080x1920 clip to fill a 4:5 Feed frame at 1440x1800, and the math works out differently: matching the 1440-pixel width still produces a 2560-pixel-tall image, but the target frame is only 1800 pixels tall. Roughly 760 pixels of vertical footage, split across the top and bottom, falls outside the frame and has to go somewhere. Scale it to fill a 1080x1080 square instead, and the crop is even more aggressive, since a square frame is shorter relative to its width than 4:5 is.

- The video uploaded but plays back oddly, glitches, or gets rejected. Almost certainly a codec issue. Confirm the Deliver page's Codec field reads H.264, not H.265, especially if your source footage came from a recent iPhone or camera recording HEVC by default.
